How can I obtain Adverse Possession on my property in Florida? Ok I have been renting my condo for 9 years now and paying taxes. But my landlord says he is not paying for the property anymore, even though I was the one paying the taxes on the property. So now the bank has a put a lien on the condo I am staying in. Are there any adverse effects involved with smoking marijuana and having sex? Sometimes my girlfriend and I like to smoke a little pot and then have sex. We don't do it every time but every once in a while. It takes all of the pressure away and we just have smooth, mellow sex. As far as I can see, the only adverse effect is that, for lack of a better term, her pussy gets a bit of cotton mouth. But we can usually take care of that with a little lube. So, are there any other adverse effects?

Is it normal to develop adverse reactions and allergies to most medicines? Almost every medicine I've ever been put on has resulted in either a full-blown allergy (bad rash) or pretty bad adverse reactions. When I don't have bad reactions, I still react in someway, which makes me not want to take medicine for most problems. It's not just drugs that my body has bad reactions to. When I was allergy tested as a teenager, I tested positive for allergies to everything, including the saline. Is there something wrong with my system?
What are the adverse effects of food irradiation? I know food irradiation is widely considered safe and approved by the FDA, USDA, and CDC, but I know their are studys that say it has negative effects. What is the relationship between the detonation of nuclear weapons and adverse health effects far from blast? For example, could a single nuclear detonation increase cancer rates on the other side of the globe from where the detonation occurred, or would it take more than one to have a measurable effect in cancer rates? Are there other adverse health effects that are carried long distances by the atmosphere? How many nuclear weapons could go off before we should start to worry? Would now be a good time to figure out how to avoid using them -- ever?
Are there adverse effects of reversing polarity of batteries? I'm bringing my son's electronic toys with me on my flight, but will check them in as baggage. I'm afraid that they might accidentally be turned on (i.e. flipped switch). It's kind of a hassle for me to take out the batteries, mark which one is for which toy, and pack them separately. Is it okay to just turn the batteries in reverse for around a month and then flip them back later to the correct position? Would that have adverse effects on the toy or the battery?
Who will be held accountable for any serious adverse effects, both long any short term, from H1N1 vaccine? If the vaccine manufacturers have immunity from lawsuits, who would be held accountable if any bodily damage or deaths should arise from the vaccine? Will it be the employers that are mandating the shots? Will it be the government that is recommending termination for non compliance with the vaccine administration for health professionals? It is not physically forced on you, however many do not have the option to refuse as they need their jobs to feed their family. The terms of employment have changed for many in the health field, who will be responsible for any serious adverse effects?
Do you know someone who has obtained property by adverse possession? If you or someone you know has obtained property by adverse possession, I would like to know more about how you chose the property, any pitfalls you had, and any advice. Please, I am not asking for a discussion on the morality of this. Actually, you can just squat on a property and take it over in my state. The statute does not require that I own the adjacent property or that I am "accidently" using the property. The length of time one must use the property in my state is 10 years. I am also aware that adverse possession cannot be obtained if the property owner asks you to leave or gives you permission to use the property.

As of late I have noticed strange adverse reactions to my friends drinkings behavior, possible explanations? I have a close friend whom when drinking any amount of alcohol will lose control of himself to the point where he will begin to talk gibberish in public among many other adverse reactions. As little as 1-2 drinks can cause such reactions. I have had many drinks with this Friend throughout the years, but it has been of late where I have witnessed this. What are possible explanations, possibly prescription medication or change of lifestyle, to this occurrence?
how does a adverse possession work? A adverse possession is a real estate term and means something like homesteading land, or getting a deed to land you are using but not yours....can it work in NH? what are the rules?
Does regular carbonated water (not soda) have any adverse effects on health? I'm referring to seltzer, which doesn't have any sugar, sodium, or any other additives and is just regular water that has been carbonated. Some medical journals have written that seltzer is not a good choice for people who want to lose weight because the air bubbles cause a person to become bloated and creates a gut. I'm interested to know if seltzer contributes to any other adverse health effects. Does it affect blood pressure or glucose levels in any way?
How long is the statue of limitions on a adverse possession.? Have you had an adverse reaction to pot (lasting months, for example), if so, when does it correct? I smoked marijuana and then I had this personality change (I smoked it 4 times prior, and on the fifth time I got the pharmacological reaction)...i was not as witty, became kind of lame. And I couldn't read well for a month. I also have had memory problems and I think my overall cognition has decreased a bit. I never thought marijuana could do anything lasting just by doing it a couple times, but this has lasted 4 months now. I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience. I know this will eventualy correct itself...its marijuana, and even lsd and pcp (which might have been laced with the marijuana) do not deck you for life just by one trip/take. Even heavy users eventually get their cognition back, albeit with some deficits. how long does it usually take to correct an adverse reaction? btw, I am not doing weed again. Must be that I have a particularly sensitive system. All people react different pharmalogically to psychoactive agents of all kinds in the body. Were pretty ignorant concerning the mind...Hope one day neuro science will mature a bit. akd... I agree with you--repression is not the answer. In fact, I think they should legalize all drugs and then tax, but I had an adverse reaction to it. Maybe if it was legalized it could have been screened for potency (THC levels regulated) as well as any toxic agents and maybe I wouldn't be having this problem. They could even classify the potency of the marijuana depending on whether you are a new user or a heavy user....improving the experience for individual users. I live in california---pot isn't that big of a taboo over here so I am not advocating one thing over the other...I am just asking for info on my particular reaction---not making any statement :)

Are there any adverse consequences to calling my credit company to have them reduce the interest rate? I have good credit, always paid my bills on time (or at least the minimum), and have been a loyal customer for years. I have some debt right now though, and the interest charges are adding up. Such as: - my credit score being lowered - my credit card company putting me on some kind of "strings attached" list - certain good features of my credit card being revoked Or is it all a "no strings attached" complimentary service that they can do? Thank you.

Can Pepsi Max cause cancer or other serious adverse effects? That's the question. I ask because I read some text about aspartame causing cancer and building up so much that it will never go away etc... Also what are other potential adverse effects of Pepsi Max consumption (I drink a 2 L bottle in 5-6 days average because I water it down but I drink it alot almost everyday at least twice). Oops - forget to mention this is a serious question...
How adverse would you be to seeing a group for non-theists on your campus? Or at your workplace (provided organizations such as this exist), in your child or children's school(s)? Would you be against it? Embrace it? Or just ignore it? If you're a parent, would you forbid your child from attending the meetings? What about if you saw fliers and such for this type of group--would you take them down or pin over them with something more religiously friendly? Obviously this is directed at theists, so atheists, unless you have something intelligent and relevant to say, please don't bother.
How do i work on my socially adverse nature? I dont think Im a shy person at all. When people talk to me i know how to entertain and be the life of a party. But I was just wondering If there is a way to get rid of this "vampire-like" invite I need to reach out to people?

How to rectify adverse entries in Passport by French authorities upon their denial to travel back to UK? This is about travel a student did from UK (place of study) to France, without obtaining Visas under the wrong guidance that the same was common for students to do. The student in question was refused permission to travel back to UK and instead was deported to his country. The passport carries the cancellation of the UK Visa (by the French authorities). Now the student who has completed his Post Graduate studies would like to explore career possibilities abroad and travel abroad too. What is the way out of the mess in the Passport by way of the deportation. There is no record of crime, although this was a blunder.
What kind of adverse affects might my 20 month old have from inhaling charcoal ash? My son climbed up onto my cold bb-q grill and it flipped over on him. He was not hurt, but the ashes all fell on his face. It only took me seconds to get to him, but his face was completely covered and his mouth was opened in his effort to cry. The ER doctor was confident that he had not inhaled enough dust to hurt him, but I am still afraid his lungs could be damaged. Could some one please give me some educated advice. Thank you for your time.
How long would it take to notice adverse affects and damage from bulimia? If someone is not binging really, but purging high-calorie meals once a day and occasionally up to three times a day, how long would it take for her body to incur serious damages? And not just feeling dizzy, weak, but to accumulate noticeable physical damage? Don't lecture me; I'm asking as a concerned friend.
What are the adverse psychological side effects of anesthesia? A family member is having dillusions, trouble putting thoughts together, fear, incoherent spoken thoughts, as well as other symptoms. Could any of this be a delayed reaction to anesthesia from oral surgery (wisdom teeth) that happened about a week ago?
Can meditation cause adverse reactions to those who are mentally ill; scizophrenic or migraine sufferers too? Can it cause a relapse (headaches or hallucinations), with or without being on medication? I am trying to find out about this for someone elses benefit. I do meditate and do yoga, and I enjoy both. I guess I just want concrete evidence to prove to a friend of mine. I was particularly interested in knowing about how Binural beats / "Hemi-sync" audio recordings affect these people too. Anybody know of any studies done? 'NIH' or 'WHO' reports? This person I know, who won't try meditation told me that they could not meditate because they said they could not succeed at it, which I know is silly to say. I know meditation is not about self improvement, and I tell my friend that they need not fear or worry about not succeeding when doing it. I know for myself that I don't always have a 'perfect' experience every time. But now my friend changed their story and said that they don't like to meditate because they experience disturbing thoughts or images. Now, my friend has not been diagnosed, but they are suspect to having symptoms of a mental illness, which we are not sure of right now. To make a long story short they are afraid to meditate. They fear a relapse. I totally respect the responses so far but it takes some clinical trials or something of a more scientific nature to really convince my friend here.
How long due you have to claim Adverse Possesion in NY? Every state has a statute of limitations regarding this law as I understand. How long is it in NY or where can I find this answer? The issue is that my house was built on my neighbors property 70 years ago and now I want to sell it. There are other houses on the same lot that I own so I may have to subdivide. I would have to claim adverse possession first. PS I don't mind advice on my situation but Id appreciate an answer to the question first
What may be the long term adverse cosequences of SEZ in India, especially in Jaipur ? Is it not going to destroy the economy of the farmers, wh have sunrrendered their land? I doubt that the money, paid for the land to the farmers / land owners, is enriching more the politicians and the business houses rather the public. It is equally assumed that it is one of the reason of growing balck money in the market as well as increasing land mafiaism.
Can Sea Foaming my engine have adverse affects? I have an 89 prelude with 64000 or so miles on it. It hasn't been driven a lot in the last few years. I was going to use Sea Foam on it. Could this cause any issues? I read somewhere that with older engines, the carbon buildup can actually be keeping the compression of your older engine intact, and that removing it can cause a loss in power. Is this true?
